West Pullman shooting, Gardener killed and also took life of aspiring rapper ID’d
Philadelphia – A woman was shot and killed in Northeast Philadelphia, right in front of a police officer.
It happened around 2am near Rising Sun and Oxford Roads.
Police say several women got into an argument at a party.
When one of them left and was walking down the street, police said a car with two other women stopped and shot the woman in the chest.
A police officer working in security was at a nearby party and immediately called for support.
The police managed to catch up with the vehicle, and arrested two women.
An assistant officer involved in a crash near the scene.

The officers and two others sustained minor injuries.
