1 dead in double-shooting uptown, police say
Winston-Salem, North Carolina – A trailer truck carrying 80 cows overturned in Winston-Salem Thursday morning.
It happened on Interstate 52 North, near Interstate 40, around 4:05 a.m.

Winston-Salem Police tweeted that the 52 northbound US traffic had been diverted to eastbound I-40.
The North Carolina Department of Transportation says this may not become clear until around 10 a.m.
Of the 80 cows aboard the ship, 10 escaped, police said.
The search for four cows is still under investigation.
Police say if residents see cattle roaming, please call the non-emergency hotline at 336-773-7700.
It is not known what caused the trailer to tip over.
