Vegas hookah parlor shooting
14 people were shot dead before dawn on Saturday in a hookah parlour, and police said one man was killed and two of the injured were seriously injured.
KVVU reports At about 3:15 a.m., Las Vegas City Police were called to Building 900 of East Sahara Avenue near Las Vegas Boulevard to report a shooting.
Police described the victim as an adult male, but did not identify him.
The news was announced that a man and two other people died in critical condition, while the rest of the victims are currently in stable condition, according to the statement.
Captain Dory Corinne said that the shooting took place at about 3:15 am, and initial information indicated that there was a party during which two people engaged in an argument and exchanged fire, injuring several people.
According to Captain Dore Corinne at LVMPD, an adult man died of his injuries.
Two victims are in critical condition and each injured person has been taken to UMC and Sunrise Hospitals.
Police said they were all believed to be adults.
Authorities are investigating the incident and have not released any names of the victims or suspects.
Police said no arrests were made.
Hours after the shooting, most of the shopping plazas where the shooting took place remained surrounded by police duct tape while officers searched for stray bullets and other evidence.
The suspect or suspects are still pending. Investigation is underway.
