He was our brother. Words cannot express the loss and sadness we feel. Always and forever in our hearts.”

The wife concluded his death statement, saying, “Thank you to everyone who supported in his care all along, he fought to the end. I am forever proud of you.”

Parker – who rose to fame after hitting the hit 2012 hit “Glad You Came” and “Chasing the Sun” – has publicly shared his battle with brain cancer and revealed in October 2020 that he had the disease.

On November 4, Parker updated his Instagram followers regarding his condition and reported that his latest brain scan was back stable.

Parker revealed that he had a grade 4 glioblastoma in October 2020 after suffering multiple episodes. In an Instagram post at the time, Parker wrote, “We’re all utterly devastated but we’re going to fight this along the way.

We don’t want your sadness, we just want love and positivity and together we will work to raise awareness of this terrible disease and research all available treatment options.

It will be a tough fight but with everyone’s love and support we will defeat this.”

Parker and his wife, who married in 2018, were parents to daughter Aurelia Rose, 2, 2, and son, Buddy Thomas, 17 months.
In Kelsey’s post, she shared a black and white photo of her husband, as well as a sweet family photo of the four.
