Huntington flood, Mayor Williams declares a emergency for the city

SCHERTZ, Texas – A statewide dormitory alert was issued early Saturday for two children believed to have been kidnapped Friday night outside San Antonio.

Police are looking for 6-year-old Diamonte Cesek and 5-year-old Israel Cesek.
They are also looking for suspect Patricia Millsap, 47.

The Schertz Police Department said both children are black and have brown eyes.

Law enforcement said the last time they heard about Millsap was in Midway, Texas.
Diamonte Sisk is a 6-year-old black male, weighing 65 pounds and measuring 4 feet 6 inches tall with brown eyes and brown hair.

Millsap is believed to be driving a white pickup truck with an unknown license plate number in Alabama.
