Ohio State‘s 12-year-old Tessa Kozelka of Cuyahoga County has been issued an alert after she left with her half-brother, whom authorities describe as her boyfriend. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
The accidents occurred around 2 a.m. Monday in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, on State Route 82 and Deer Creek Drive in North Royalton.
Police say 23-year-old Tessa Kozelka left with her “boyfriend” Maisie Stiver on Monday, April 4, at 2 a.m.
Tessa is described as a white female, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing around 100 pounds. She has hazel eyes and black hair.
She was last seen wearing a red hoodie with black writing on it. She has a 50-cent nevus on her right leg.
Police say Maisie Stiver, who is also her half-sister, is a 23-year-old white man who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has blue eyes and black hair.
They are said to be driving a 2012 Ford Focus in gray with Ohio registration N697141.
