Suspect in 87-year-old grandmother

I-55 in Burr Ridge shooting , 2 Chicago suspects arrested
Lauren Bazenza, 26, of Port Jefferson, turned herself in in the 10th District and was charged with premeditated murder.
On Tuesday, a wanted woman allegedly pushed a beloved Suspect in 87-year-old grandmother who later died of her injuries in an unprovoked random attack in New York City.
Barbara Mayer Jostern, an energetic instrumentalist and vocal coach, was ending rehearsal last Thursday night in Manhattan when the woman approached her from behind and pushed her to the floor.
Gostern suffered a serious head injury and was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Five days later, police announced that she had succumbed to her injuries.
Bazenza hid her face behind her long red hair and didn’t say anything because she was being led out of the area, but the onlookers had a lot to say.
A source close to the case told Eyewitness News that Pazinza did not know the victim.
Gustern was walking along 28th Street on her way to a student performance when she was attacked by the woman near Eighth Avenue.
“We feel like victims,” said Chelsea’s Tamar Zucker. “We feel easily victims. I’m starting to feel weak.”
