The driver told CBS LA that he plans to hire a lawyer and possibly file a lawsuit. He claims that he suffers from anxiety and fears for the safety of his family after his personal information was revealed.
Uber Eats reached out to Snoop to apologize and get his money back.
According to CBS Los Angeles, the driver – whose name is Said – is planning to hire a lawyer and possibly file a lawsuit against Snoop Dogg.
During a recent interview, he claimed that he suffers from anxiety and is afraid for his family’s safety after his personal information was revealed to millions of people.
After the incident, Uber Eats released a statement saying, “We are truly sorry for the disappointing experience of Snoop Dogg. We have reached out to him to apologize and have repaid him for this.”
But Saeed feels he is the one who should have received an apology. He claims to have waited eight minutes before canceling the order, after attempting a delivery to an industrial estate in Englewood.
“When I read that, I felt it wasn’t fair because I’m the one who deserves an apology from Uber Eats, not Snoop,” he said.
But I have to fight for my rights and the rights of my family.
I just feel like I’m not really okay with this delivery and so is Uber Eats.”
