Gary, Indiana – Two people were killed and four others were injured in a shooting at a nightclub in Gary, Indiana early Sunday morning.
Gary police said officers responded to the Plyu nightclub in Building 1700 of Grant Street for reports of the shooting.
Once there, police said officers found an unresponsive 34-year-old man near the door.
He was taken with a gunshot wound to the hospital. He was later announced dead.
Police said officers also found an unresponsive 26-year-old woman inside the club.
She was also taken to the hospital.
Police said she was pronounced dead late.

Police said a third person was shot and taken to hospital in critical condition.
Three other people were also shot and appeared to have sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not disclosed at this time.
