WESTPORT, MN – State authorities are requesting public assistance in locating Robert Ramirez.

A two-year-old boy in Minnesota is believed to have been kidnapped on Thursday.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Arrests issued an amber alert Thursday afternoon to Robert Ramirez.

The circumstances of the boy’s disappearance are unclear, but with the investigation uncovered, MPs now believe the child was most likely kidnapped.

For now, the BCA says it has no information about the culprit or the suspicious vehicle.

Ramirez was last seen wearing a red long-sleeved shirt and black track pants with green stripes. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Its last known location is Westport, Minnesota, near Alexandria and the Sauk Center.
