Multi-alarm fire at auto body shop in Ambler, Pa.
Montgomery County, Pennsylvania – Ambler crews are facing a fire at an auto shop on Main Street.
The fire in this store was announced with three warnings, approximately 10:40 am on Thursday, February 3rd.
The Wissahickon Fire Company posted on Facebook: “A major fire has broken out on Butler Ave in Ambler. Please avoid the area where the fire occurred to allow the crews to perform their exemplary duties!
Details are limited on the cause and amount of damage at this time, but CBS3 has confirmed that the building houses a company called Ebner’s Auto Inc.
One injured person has been taken to a local hospital.

The fire started just before 10 a.m. Thursday at an auto body shop on Main Street near Butler Pike.
As soon as the firefighters arrived, responding to the call to put out the fire, they quickly sounded a second alarm.
According to SEPTA, service between Fort Washington and Doylestown stations has been suspended due to this fire until further announcement.
