ATLANTA — Atlanta Fire Rescue has confirmed that firefighting crews are working on a large fire at a tire depot on Moreland Avenue in southeast Atlanta.
The GDOT camera shows several firefighting vehicles battling the fire.
Officials said the fire broke out in a one-story store called Hub Cap Daddy.
Atlanta firefighters are assisting DeKalb County firefighters, officials said. There were no reports of injuries.
The fire appears to have blocked traffic in both directions, and dark smoke can be seen from as far away as the city center, according to social media posts.
Drivers should avoid the area if possible.
