Comedian Cat Williams ended his show in Nashville, Tennessee, early Saturday night due to a bomb threat, according to a statement from the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, where Williams was performing.
Bomb scare causes Katt Williams to cancel show, fans evacuated
Williams had to “abruptly end” the show “10 minutes before the end of his set due to a bomb threat,” according to the statement.
“Williams has made the decision not to notify the attendees of the fear of the bomb in order to avoid panic and potential injury.”
Nashville police evacuated the building as confused fans reacted to the scene on social media.
As of 6:45 a.m., Williams had not made a statement about the incident.

The statement added that the Metropolitan Police Department has cleared the building without incident.
Some fans were not happy with the way the situation was handled.
