Danny Green injured his knee
Philadelphia – Striker Danny Green will miss 76 players for the remainder of Game 6 of the Philadelphia Eastern Conference semi-final against the Miami Heat due to a left knee injury.
The Philadelphia 76ers were already pretty weak on the wings when they entered the win or go home 6 game against the Miami Heat.
This situation became even more dangerous in the first quarter when they lost one of their few players in the two-way.
Danny Green will be out until the end of Game Six after sustaining an injury to his left knee, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The team is concerned that the injury could be significant.
As he was carried, the audience chanted his name — and then cheered audibly as the replay was shown on the scoreboard here inside the Wells Fargo Center.

Green, who turns 35 next month, sustained the injury when midfielder Joel Embiid inadvertently fell into his left leg after attempting a shot.
Green immediately grabbed his leg in pain, and after an extended period of time on the ground, he was eventually helped to his feet and taken to the Philadelphia locker room.
The play itself came early in the first quarter. Philadelphia center, Joel Embiid, was exposed to throwing the ball into the difficult goal, after which it fell to the ground.
Sadly, Greene was on his way, and Embiid seemed to accidentally roll onto his teammate’s knee. Green was immediately removed from the game and appeared to be in great pain.
Green, in his thirteenth season in the NBA, was an important part of a playoff tour in Philadelphia.
He entered the starting lineup full-time late in the regular season when Matisse Thiebol was ineligible to play in Toronto due to not being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Green averaged roughly 29 minutes per game and hit 40 percent of his three-pointers over 11 games this season entering Thursday night’s game.
