Body of three-year-old Lowell boy found
The body of a 3-year-old boy who went missing on Tuesday in Lowell was found Wednesday in the city, an executive familiar with the case said.
Earlier on Wednesday afternoon, cops successfully linked a close-knit workplace in their efforts to find Harry.
The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, confirmed the discovery of the boy, named Harry, on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, authorities said they were not suspected of the boy’s disappearance.
The official said that the child’s body was found after 1 pm.
A press conference is scheduled for about 3:30 p.m. with police and law enforcement officials.
A steadily increasing number of police officers arrived at the site, some in tuxedos and others in uniform.
During the search, police reported that video surveillance cameras in the neighborhood did not provide any clues, but two K-9s discovered a route that would have taken him into the nearby woods.
