A year-old was kidnapped Monday from the Riverside area, prompting Amber Alert statewide to notify the public of the suspect and the vehicle he was likely driving.

Bradley Nicholas was kidnapped around 7:30 a.m., by 42-year-old Julio Ramirez, although the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department did not immediately provide details regarding the possible cause of the kidnapping, or the suspect’s relationship to the young child, if any.
Ramirez has been described as 5 feet 6 inches and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, gray shorts, and dark-colored shoes.
Bradley is of Hispanic descent, about 2 feet 25 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. No details were given about his clothes.
The alert was issued for Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties, but was deactivated around 1:30 p.m.
The authorities did not explain how they were able to find the boy and the suspect.
A one-year-old child allegedly abducted by a 42-year-old man was found in Riverside County on Monday morning, and the suspect is in custody, officials said.
The location of the child has been determined and considered safe.
