A woman has been found in an abandoned house
Officers reported that a woman was discovered tied by her ankles in an abandoned house and claimed to have been kidnapped and held hostage for several days after she was caught dealing with a retail grocery store.
The 36-year-old girl from Chicago was found after a stranger heard the girl’s screams outdoors in the house and referred to as the police.
Officials said a woman was found bound by her ankles in an abandoned house and claimed to have been kidnapped and held hostage for several days after she was caught on her way to the grocery store.
She was found by someone who heard her cries for help as he was walking around by credit score.
The girl, who did not give her name, said that after her arrest she was held for 4 to 5 days and raped twice.
She said she was walking to a local store last week when she claimed a man she had previously met had approached her.
“I ended up bumping into him, and he was saying, ‘Come here for a minute,'” the woman told WGN-TV.
She told officials that her captor, allegedly a man in his 60s, then caught her.
The woman said she tried to resist but couldn’t.
Dubin also said he saw a man leave the vacant house before the police arrived.
The man was described as being about 5 feet 8 inches tall and wearing a blue denim jacket.
The victim said she is grateful to be alive and believes her kidnapper has not finished committing the crimes.
